Job Description
This position supports shipping and receiving operations by packaging, coordinating, and transporting materials in a safe and efficient manner. The role ensures timely movement of products, parts, and equipment between internal departments, vendors, and customers. Responsibilities also include loading/unloading trucks and managing local deliveries. This is a hands-on role requiring reliability, attention to detail, and flexibility with scheduling. The position also includes dispatch and coordination of local driving operations.
Responsibilities:
• Package products, parts, and pallets scheduled for shipment on milk runs
• Load and unload the Houston run truck and verify incoming/outgoing materials
• Coordinate shipments with outside vendors, including HOT SHOT services when needed
• Arrange pickup and delivery of gauges, inserts, machinery, and tool room requests
• Dispatch and coordinate local Houston truck driver operations

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license required
• Clean driving record (no outstanding citations or warrants)
• Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and potential 7-day availability
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely in a warehouse environment
