Job Description
A well-established distribution operation is seeking a Warehouse Worker – Returns to support daily warehouse and returns activities. In this role, you will receive and organize incoming products, pick and move materials, and ensure inventory is placed in the correct warehouse locations. You may also operate manual or powered material-handling equipment while maintaining a clean and organized work area. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming products and place materials in designated warehouse locations
- Pick and pull the correct products and deliver them to staging or shipping areas
- Operate manual or powered material-handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse
- Sort and organize parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or bins according to established procedures
- Maintain clean, orderly, and safe assigned work areas while following company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Up to 1 year of related work experience
- Previous warehouse or similar work experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous powered industrial truck experience, including forklift or order picker operation, preferred
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain simple records
- Ability to perform basic math using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to follow established procedures, instructions, and daily priorities
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and perform other physical warehouse activities as required
- Must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment, varying temperatures, elevated noise levels, and required personal protective equipment

The base pay range for this position is $19 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
