Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Ink Room Technician to support production operations by accurately mixing, preparing, and maintaining inks used in the printing and manufacturing process. This role is responsible for ensuring color consistency, managing ink inventory, and maintaining equipment and work areas in accordance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent temporary-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
• Mix and prepare inks according to production schedules and customer specifications
• Monitor and maintain ink inventory levels, reporting shortages and replenishment needs
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accurate color matching and consistency
• Clean, maintain, and organize ink room equipment, containers, and workstations
• Follow all company safety procedures and support production teams with ink-related needs

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or ink mixing experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow formulas and specifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Basic math skills and ability to maintain accurate records and inventory documentation

The base pay range for this position is $33,280 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
