Job Description: We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Laborers. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for tarping flatbed trailer loads to protect cargo during transportation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform heavy lifting tasks
- Adjust tarps by bending, twisting, and turning
- Safely climb up and down step ladders
- Maintain consistent attendance
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Embrace working outdoors in the fresh fall air
- Wear mandatory PPE, including steel toe shoes/safety shoes
Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Flexibility to bend, twist, and turn to adjust tarps
- Comfortable climbing up and down step ladders
- Reliable attendance
- Team player mentality
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Steel toe shoes/safety shoes are mandatory PPE
- Pre-employment drug test
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm (at the latest), no weekends
Pay: $15 per hour to start, with a pay raise to $16 per hour after 90 days

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
