- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex JD Edwards customizations and enhancements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain advanced JDE components including Business Functions (BSFN), NERs, UBEs, Orchestrations, and integrations.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and support team members.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical system issues to minimize business disruption.
- Participate in ERP upgrades, system integrations, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Stay current with JDE tools, updates, and industry trends to recommend improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on JD Edwards EnterpriseOne development experience.
- Expertise with JDE development tools including FDA, RDA, BSFN, NER, UBE, and Orchestrator.
- Strong knowledge of JDE modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Procurement.
- Proficiency in C/C++, SQL, and JDE data structures.
- Experience with system upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with JDE 9.2+, BI Publisher, JDE Security, Workflow, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments is a plus.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $44 – $50 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
