Job Description
As a Quoting Analyst, you will support daily quoting operations by coordinating supplier pricing, maintaining accurate quote data, and ensuring customer requirements are met. This role is essential to maintaining efficient quote turnaround times, supporting internal teams, and ensuring accuracy within the quoting process.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate supplier pricing requests, communications, and quote follow-up activities
- Enter and maintain pricing information within quoting and ERP systems
- Review customer requirements, product details, and item discrepancies to ensure quote accuracy
- Monitor quoting software and assist with supplier selection decisions
- Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve pricing or content issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and data related to quoting activities
- Support workflow efficiency through attention to detail and process organization
- Prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in quotations, document control, or data-related roles
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently
- ERP system experience preferred
- Experience with electronic components, BOMs, or electronics manufacturing preferred
