Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and discreet Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO and their family. This role combines executive-level support with household and family coordination responsibilities, requiring exceptional organization, judgment, and the ability to manage both professional and personal priorities seamlessly.
The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment that includes executive office support, family logistics, travel coordination, and household management. This role also provides occasional backup support to administrative staff within the office as needed.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support (CEO)
- Manage complex executive calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and commitments
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and logistics
- Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and correspondence as needed
- Handle expense reporting and reconciliation
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Family & Personal Support
- Provide direct personal support to the CEO and family, including daily scheduling and coordination
- Manage household logistics, appointments, and personal calendar needs
- Coordinate children’s schedules, including school, extracurricular activities, and transportation
- Arrange family travel, vacations, and personal trips, including all logistics and planning
- Liaise with household vendors, service providers, and maintenance personnel
- Ensure smooth day-to-day household operations and anticipate family needs
Household Management
- Oversee coordination with household staff, vendors, and service providers
- Manage household inventory, scheduling of services, and special projects
- Ensure smooth execution of household events, guests, or gatherings as needed
Office Support (As Needed)
- Provide backup support to administrative staff within the office
- Assist with general office coordination, scheduling, or administrative tasks when required
- Serve as a flexible resource during high-volume or critical periods
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar high-level support role
- Prior experience supporting executives and/or high-net-worth individuals strongly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Exceptional discretion and ability to handle highly confidential personal and business information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing travel logistics and complex scheduling
- Ability to anticipate needs and work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, polished demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to support both business and personal responsibilities, including occasional off-hours needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and scheduling tools

The base pay range for this position is $110,000 – $120,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
