Job Description
As a Quality Control Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations by inspecting products, verifying inventory accuracy, and ensuring all customer quality standards are met. This role is essential to maintaining product integrity, supporting inventory accuracy, and ensuring outbound shipments meet customer specifications in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect incoming, stored, and outgoing products for quality, damage, labeling, and packaging accuracy
- Verify product quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and customer-specific requirements
- Perform quality audits on completed orders prior to shipment
- Identify, document, and report product discrepancies or damaged materials
- Maintain accurate quality control records, inspection reports, and inventory documentation
- Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to process inventory transactions
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy
- Rework, relabel, or repack products as needed to meet quality standards
- Work closely with warehouse team members to resolve quality concerns
- Support general warehouse operations, including picking, packing, staging, and shipping as needed
- Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse or quality control experience preferred
- Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

The base pay range for this position is $18/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
