Job Description
We are building a pipeline of dependable candidates for multiple manufacturing opportunities, including Production Sequence Line, Quality Inspection, and Forklift/Material Handler positions. Team members may pull and transport parts to production lines, inspect finished products for quality, or support material movement throughout the facility. Production positions require consistently lifting parts weighing up to 35 lbs. Forklift Operators will also perform material handling duties in production or quality areas and operate a forklift as needed.
Responsibilities
- Pull, organize, and deliver parts and materials to designated production sequence lines
- Inspect products and components to ensure they meet quality standards and requirements
- Consistently lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 35 lbs. throughout the shift
- Maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area while supporting production and quality operations
- For Forklift/Material Handler positions, perform general material handling duties and operate a forklift when needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to work a consistent Monday–Friday 1st or 2nd shift schedule
- Ability to consistently lift and handle materials weighing up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment
- Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and willingness to work as part of a team
- Forklift candidates must be comfortable performing material handling duties in addition to operating a forklift

The pay range for these positions is $16.50–$18.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on the position, shift, skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
