Job Description
A well-established public accounting firm in Omaha is seeking a Partner to join their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with an audit or tax background to take on a key role in a firm known for its family-oriented culture, client-focused approach, and prime location.
As a Partner, you will be instrumental in firm leadership, client service, and business development, contributing to the continued success and growth of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit and/or tax engagements
- Provide strategic guidance and oversight to the firm’s operations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and develop staff members
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the firm’s reach
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
Qualifications
- CPA license required
- Extensive experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit and/or tax
- Prior leadership or partner-level experience preferred
- Strong business development and client management skills
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
