Job Description
We are seeking reliable Food Production Workers to join a well-established food manufacturing facility on the Eastside of Cleveland. In this role, you will assist in the production and packaging of food products while maintaining quality and safety standards. This position requires working in a cold environment and keeping pace with a fast-moving production line. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working both independently and on a team.
Responsibilities:
- Production and packaging of various food items
- Clean and sanitize food processing equipment
- Load and unload production lines
- Set up and operate production equipment to meet standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or production preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Comfortable working in cold storage environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
