Job Description
Maintain and improve the existing Quality Management System coordinating activities focused on continuous improvement and ISO9001/ ISO-TS 16949 compliance. Design, document and implement ISO compliant systems on new processes according to business changes.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the existing Quality Management System
- Coordinate the Corrective Action Request and Precent Action System
- Coordinate the documentation system
- Coordinate internal and external LPA audits
- Coordinate equipment calibration and compliance
- Coordinate Management Review process
- Coordinate monthly metrics review meetings with plants and management
- Coordinate weekly warrants reduction meetings with Quality Manager
- Actively participate in ongoing continuous improvement projects
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2 year certificate from College in QA, completed technical school, or 5 years related experience
- 2 years minimum in QA in the automotive industry
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, AIAG Core tools
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
- Bilingual skills considered as a plus
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all unites of measure
- Lean manufacturing principles would be considered a plus

The base pay for this position is $70k Annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
