Job Description
As a Production Associate, you will work in the nonwoven insulation manufacturing area, operating production equipment and assisting with the processing of insulation materials. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, inspecting products for quality, handling materials, keeping the production area clean and safe, and preparing finished insulation products for shipment.
Responsibilities:
- Package and palletize finished products
- Conduct routine quality inspections.
- Follow safety and compliance to ensure safe working environment
- Must be able to communicate with team efficiently
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to read and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
