The Reserves Network is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Part-Time Field Service Manager to support our growing Real Estate Staffing division. In this role, you'll travel throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex visiting model home communities, building relationships with clients and Model Home Attendants, conducting quality visits, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting recruiting efforts. If you enjoy working independently, meeting new people, and making a direct impact on client satisfaction, we'd love to hear from you.
Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
Responsibilities
- Travel throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area conducting client visits and quality assurance checks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homebuilders, community managers, and Model Home Attendants.
- Complete service reports and communicate client feedback and opportunities to internal teams.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities and refer prospects to the sales team.
- Conduct weekly orientations and assist with interviewing candidates as needed.
- Support recruiting efforts through networking, community outreach, and employee referrals.
- Represent The Reserves Network professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service, staffing, account management, or property management preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable traveling throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic technology.
