What You’ll Do:
- Support AP, AR, and daily accounting operations
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with journal entries, general ledger support, and month-end activities as needed
- Work across multiple accounting functions to support operational efficiency
- Help maintain organized, accurate, and timely accounting processes
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, AP/AR, or general accounting functions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic to intermediate Excel proficiency
- Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving responsibilities
- Prior reconciliations, general ledger, or month-end exposure preferred
