Job Description
An established manufacturing company in Peebles, OH, is seeking a dependable Palletizer / Packaging Associate to join its overnight production team. This position involves hooding and wrapping pallets of finished products to prepare them for storage and shipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This temporary-to-hire opportunity offers a consistent rotating night schedule and the potential for long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
- Hood and wrap pallets of finished products.
- Ensure pallets are properly secured and prepared for storage or shipment.
- Inspect wrapped pallets for proper packaging and stability.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to work 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
- Ability to perform repetitive packaging tasks throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
