Job Description
As a Bread Toast Packaging Associate, you will package finished bakery products while ensuring quality, labeling accuracy, and production efficiency in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Responsibilities:
- Package finished bakery products according to specifications
- Inspect products for quality and packaging accuracy
- Prepare products for shipment and distribution
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Support production goals and assist with additional warehouse or production duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Current Food Handler Card required
- Heavy lifting required
- Overtime required; Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday schedule
- Ability to stand throughout the shift and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous packaging, warehouse, or food production experience preferred

The base pay for this position is $15.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, overtime, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
The $300 sign-on bonus is available to eligible full-time external candidates and is paid in installments after 30, 60, and 90 days. Current temporary employees converting to the client’s payroll are not eligible.
