Job Description:
The Reserves Network is excited to hire a material handler in a railyard that can assist in daily railyard operations, act as a back-up railyard operator, and process paperwork for incoming/outgoing bulk material. You will also plan and convey bulk materials for production needs and communicate to all necessary departments regarding rail movements. Safety is paramount; always follow company and industry safety guidelines. We prefer candidates who have at least 1-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Basic math skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point)
- Regularly required to sit, stand, and move about the facility.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Regularly exposed to heat, dust, odors, oil, fumes, heat & noise
- Weather conditions such as heat, cold, and rain
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Steady work history showing reliability and commitment
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen

The base salary range for this position is $19.00 and hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
