Job Description
In this Temp-Hire role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, working with Vendors to order parts for the manufacturing department, and assisting with office duties in a small, casual office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize MS Office Products, Word, Excel, and Outlook email
- Researching, negotiating, and placing purchase orders for raw materials,
- Liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery and manage any issues
- Perform general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and answering phones. Proficient in MS Office –
- Excel, Word, Outlook List 3-5 Responsibilities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in inventory management and purchasing
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail, especially when entering parts information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

The base salary range for this position is $19.00-$20.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
