Job Description
A national sales opportunity is available for a technically skilled professional with experience in steel construction. This role will focus on growing market share for a patented bracing system used in commercial and industrial building applications. The National Sales Engineer will engage with contractors, developers, engineers, and architects across North America to promote and support the use of this innovative structural product. This position blends technical expertise with solution-based sales, offering strong growth potential and visibility in the industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and grow customer relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and installers across the U.S.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, product trainings, and on-site equipment visits both virtually and in person
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs related to revenue and market share
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote product visibility
• Maintain accurate records of meetings, projects, and customer interactions in CRM systems

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the steel construction industry, with technical or sales background
• Proven track record of sales growth and account management
• Willingness and ability to travel 50% or more nationwide
• Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and ZoomInfo
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills

The compensation range for this position is $100,000 – $130,000 plus excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
