Job Description
As a Moving Specialist, you will play a hands-on role in the safe and efficient packing, loading, transportation, and unloading of customer belongings. You will represent the company on job sites, ensuring excellent customer service while handling items with care and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other household or office items safely
- Wrap, pack, and protect items to prevent damage during transport
- Assist with disassembly and reassembly of furniture as needed
- Follow directions from the team lead to complete moves efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service during all interactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks and equipment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items throughout the day
- Previous moving, warehouse, or labor experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required

The base salary for this position is $15.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
