Job Description: 

A manufacturing company in Cusseta, AL is seeking an experienced Mold Setter to support its injection molding operation. In this role, you will set molds, configure machinery, monitor production processes, and make adjustments to maintain product quality. You will also troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic equipment issues. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on maintenance experience who works safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities: • Set up molds and configure injection molding machines according to specifications and production requirements. • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments and adjust machine settings as needed. • Maintain a clean, organized work area while ensuring equipment remains in safe, optimal operating condition. 

Qualifications and Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Previous plastic mold setting experience required 

• Ability to interpret blueprints and production specifications 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
