As an Assembler / Kitter, You Will:
Join a growing manufacturing team producing precision components used in industrial applications. This role combines assembly, kitting, inspection, and production support while working from work orders, drawings, and detailed instructions to build quality products.
Responsibilities:
- Gather and prepare materials and components for production according to work orders
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools
- Read and follow work instructions, production drawings, and blueprints
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform light wiring, hardware installation, fastening, and component assembly
- Rework or repair assemblies when needed
- Maintain inventory of materials and replenish supplies as required
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe while following company safety procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Experience with mechanical or electrical assembly is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints or production drawings preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
- Excellent attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary for this position is $17.50 per hour based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final rate of pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note that hiring at the top of the pay range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
