In this role, you will perform MIG welding on angle iron and structural components, ensuring strong, precise welds that meet quality standards. Daily responsibilities include reading blueprints, setting up welding equipment, and inspecting finished products. This is a hands-on position ideal for detail-oriented professionals with proven welding experience in a shop environment.

The pay range for this position is $18.00–$25.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note that hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
