- Priority opening for a mechanically inclined individual to perform machine setup in the assembly division
We are seeking a mechanically inclined Mechanical Assembler who is ready to build on their manufacturing experience and take on greater responsibility. You will assemble mechanical components using hand tools, follow work instructions, and ensure finished products meet quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to learn setup procedures and grow into setup responsibilities as your skills develop. The ideal candidate enjoys understanding how things work, takes initiative, and wants to build a long-term career.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical components and hardware using hand tools and work instructions.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards.
- Package completed products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and production requirements.
- Meet daily production and quality goals while learning additional processes and setup procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly experience required, with strong mechanical aptitude.
- Confident using hand tools and assembling mechanical components.
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written instructions, work independently, and learn new processes.
- Dependable attendance, stable employment, and a willingness to take initiative and grow into setup responsibilities.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.

The base salary for this position is $17 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
