Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Material Handler / Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, staging materials for production, and preparing finished products for shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient material flow while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. The ideal candidate has inventory experience, forklift certification, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, label, organize, and maintain inventory accuracy throughout the warehouse.
- Pull and verify materials for production orders and maintain in-process inventory.
- Prepare finished products for shipment by packing, crating, loading, and securing materials.
- Perform daily forklift inspections and safely operate material handling equipment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of inventory management or warehouse experience.
- Current OSHA forklift certification required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately track inventory and shipments.
- Reliable attendance and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

The base salary range for this position is $24-26 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
