Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Licensing Specialist to support licensing operations for a growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing, processing, and maintaining licensing information across multiple internal systems and online portals. This position requires strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable navigating multiple software platforms, and capable of managing large volumes of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process licensing applications and supporting documentation
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records within licensing portals and internal databases
- Verify information, item numbers, and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Label, organize, and maintain records according to company procedures
- Assist licensees by providing information and responding to inquiries
- Navigate and manage work within multiple licensing portals and software systems
- Collaborate with internal departments to process updates, revisions, and corrections
- Monitor work queues and complete assignments within established timelines
- Track and maintain records using spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Ensure all submissions meet quality standards and required deadlines
- Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Previous data entry, administrative, documentation, or licensing experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple software systems and online portals
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

The base salary range for this position is $31,200–$33,280, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
