Job Description
Team1Medical is seeking an organized, compassionate LVN Nurse Manager for a small pediatric clinic in Missouri City. This hands-on role combines patient care with staff coordination to help keep daily clinic operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily clinical workflow, staff assignments, and patient flow.
- Provide nursing care under provider direction, including patient intake, vital signs, and assistance with examinations and procedures.
- Support and train clinical staff while promoting clear communication and teamwork.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and help manage clinical supplies.
- Communicate with parents and caregivers to support a positive patient experience.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Active Texas LVN license.
- Previous pediatric or outpatient clinic experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory, lead nurse, or staff training experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Comfortable balancing hands-on patient care with daily clinic coordination.
