Job Description
A landscaping company in Richmond Hill, GA is seeking a dependable Landscaping Worker to assist with daily outdoor grounds maintenance and property upkeep. This role involves hands-on physical work using basic landscaping tools and equipment in a variety of outdoor conditions. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable working as part of a crew to keep job sites clean and well maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and property cleanup
- Assist with planting, mulching, weeding, and routine grounds maintenance as assigned
- Safely operate basic landscaping tools and equipment following established procedures
- Load, unload, move, and organize landscaping materials, tools, and debris
- Maintain a clean and safe work area while supporting the crew with daily job-site needs
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and safe equipment use is preferred
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift, carry, bend, stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Dependable attendance, strong work ethic, and ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
