Job Description
We are seeking a Temporary Human Resource Assistant for a healthcare software company from September to January 2027. This opportunity would be for someone with at least 1 year of Human Resource experience handling interview scheduling, onboarding and other related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple time zones.
- Process new hires and complete onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and timely start.
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate information within HR systems and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks and special projects based on experience and business needs.
- Utilize Paycor and other HR/ATS platforms to manage employee and recruiting-related information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to coordinate interviews, onboarding, and other HR processes.
- Provide professional and responsive support to candidates and new hires throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
Qualifications and Requirements
- school diploma or GED required; college coursework or equivalent work experience preferred
- 1+ years of related experience in human resources and employee onboarding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
