Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to support cleanliness and organization within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures production areas, breakrooms, and common spaces are maintained to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of production floors, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company procedures
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, equipment, and high-touch areas regularly
• Follow all safety guidelines and company housekeeping standards

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred (manufacturing environment a plus)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions

The base pay range for this position is $34,840–$38,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
