Job Description
The CNC Supervisor oversees machine production and ensures the manufacturing of precision parts meets quality and performance standards. This role is responsible for developing and modifying CNC programs, supervising operators, and troubleshooting machining issues. The Supervisor works closely with management and leads daily operations while maintaining safety, efficiency, and production schedules. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify CNC programs for production runs across various machines
- Supervise operators, lead daily production activities, and ensure adherence to schedules
- Perform quality checks and make adjustments to ensure parts meet specifications
- Troubleshoot machine issues and perform basic maintenance as needed
- Train employees on machine operation, safety procedures, and quality expectations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate degree preferred
- 6–10 years of CNC machining and manufacturing experience
- Experience programming Mori Seiki or similar machines with Fanuc controls preferred
- Strong understanding of blueprints, technical drawings, and machining processes
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and work independently with strong attention to detail

The base pay range for this position is $74,880–$83,200 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
