Job Description
Currently seeking a Maintenance Groundskeeper to help maintain housing sites, grounds, and exterior property areas. This role is responsible for general outdoor maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, exterior cleaning, and groundskeeping duties across multiple property sites. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. This position supports the organization’s mission by helping ensure properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
• Complete assigned work orders within required timeframes
• Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming shrubs, clearing debris, and removing litter
• Maintain property boundaries, fence lines, sidewalks, entry areas, and outdoor common areas
• Pressure wash buildings, sidewalks, porches, parking areas, signage, and exterior surfaces
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, motorized equipment, weed control treatments, and insecticides as directed
• Perform lawn care duties including mowing, trimming shrubs, clearing debris, and removing litter

Qualifications and Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of custodial, grounds maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, or similar experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under the organization’s plan
• Ability to read and understand work orders, instructions, warnings, manuals, and policies in English
• Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time and occasionally lift or transport up to 100 pounds
• Minimum of 1 year of custodial, grounds maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, or similar experience
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured under the organization’s plan
• Ability to read and understand work orders, instructions, warnings, manuals, and policies in English
• Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time and occasionally lift or transport up to 100 pounds

The base pay range for this position is $28,267.20-$44,033.60 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
