Job Description
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a temporary Assembly/Warehouse Associate position. In this role, you will assemble products and components using hand and power tools while following detailed work instructions and quality standards. You will also support warehouse operations, including loading and unloading materials, in a fast-paced production environment.
The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand tools, and possesses basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Disassemble products and components using hand and power tools
- Install and replace components as directed
- Power on and test completed units to ensure functionality
- Follow established work instructions and quality standards
- Assist with loading and unloading materials in the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals
Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable work ethic and excellent attendance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills preferred
