Job Description

In this role, you'll sort, inspect, stack, and organize wooden pallets while maintaining quality standards and supporting safe warehouse operations. Responsibilities
- Sort wooden pallets by hand according to quality standards
- Separate damaged pallets from reusable inventory
- Stack, organize, and move pallets throughout the facility
- Perform quality inspections to identify pallet grades
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, carpentry, roofing, welding, or other physically demanding work is preferred
- Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply
Skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and performing repetitive physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
