What You’ll Do:
- Support GAAP financial reporting, reconciliations, and quarter-end close activities
- Analyze financial data, variances, and reporting trends to support business decisions
- Coordinate audits, support internal controls, and research accounting matters
- Mentor junior team members and support future leadership responsibilities
- Identify process improvements that enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of accounting, FP&A, audit, or financial reporting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills with leadership potential and strong attention to detail
