Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Forklift Operator to join a fast-paced distribution and reverse logistics facility in North Canton, Ohio. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts to transport, load, unload, and organize pallets and materials throughout the facility. Additional responsibilities may include manually sorting pallets, supporting production needs, and maintaining an organized work environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment while meeting daily production goals.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts to transport, stack, load, and unload pallets and materials throughout the facility.
- Load and unload customer trailers while ensuring proper placement and organization of materials.
- Perform manual pallet sorting and assist with additional warehouse duties as needed.
- Meet daily production expectations while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all company safety procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous forklift operating experience preferred; forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Basic math, reading, communication, and computer skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive bending, standing, walking, and other physical activities as required.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot, cold, and dusty environments, while wearing required PPE.
- Ability to work mandatory overtime and maintain a flexible schedule as needed.
- Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

The base salary range for this position is $42,640 annually, based on a 40-hour workweek at $20.50 per hour, excluding overtime, benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
