Lead Financial Strategy and Drive Business Performance

What You’ll Do:
- Lead pricing strategy and controls to optimize profitability and support business growth
- Manage commission calculations, approvals, and reporting processes
- Oversee and develop the Cash Application team, including performance metrics and employee development
- Partner with treasury and leadership teams to support funding activities, forecasting, and financial planning
- Develop dashboards, reporting, and business insights to support executive decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience with strong pricing and financial analysis expertise
- Previous leadership experience with responsibility for developing and managing teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions
- Advanced Excel, reporting, dashboarding, and financial modeling capabilities
