Job Description
Are you mechanically inclined and looking to grow your career in manufacturing? We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to support production operations in a clean, team-oriented environment. Must have metal cutting machining experience using drills and taps.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values quality, and takes pride in maintaining efficient production processes.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery to support daily manufacturing goals
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Complete basic machine adjustments, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance
- Accurately maintain production documentation and records
- Follow safety and quality procedures while working collaboratively with team members
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience with metal cutting and machining operations, including drills and taps, required
- Previous machine operating or mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to read work instructions and use measurement tools accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to cross-train in other departments
