Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Communications Manager to establish and lead a dedicated internal communications function. This highly visible role partners closely with executive leadership and the Chief of Staff to develop company-wide communications, create executive-level materials, coordinate leadership meetings, and enhance employee engagement. The ideal candidate is a polished communicator with strong organizational skills, excellent writing abilities, and the ability to manage sensitive information while supporting executive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the company-wide internal communications strategy and processes.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate enterprise meetings, including all-hands meetings, business updates, fireside chats, and leadership forums.
- Manage meeting logistics, agendas, presentation flow, speaker preparation, and live Q&A sessions.
- Partner with executive leadership, Human Capital, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication delivery.
- Develop executive-quality communication materials, including presentations, talking points, scripts, employee messaging, and meeting resources.
- Translate complex business updates and leadership priorities into clear, engaging communications for employees.
- Provide recommendations on communication topics, messaging strategies, and employee engagement opportunities.
- Gather and incorporate employee feedback through surveys and other engagement channels to improve communications.
- Serve as a trusted communications partner to the Chief of Staff and executive team.
- Act as the primary scribe for executive meetings by capturing key discussions, decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
- Prepare and distribute meeting notes and supporting materials to appropriate stakeholders.
- Ensure executive meetings and communications are organized, polished, and executed with a high level of professionalism.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, executive communications, or a related role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and polished messaging.
- Proven experience developing executive presentations, communication materials, and leadership messaging.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting executive leadership and handling highly confidential information with discretion.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence facilitating meetings, discussions, and employee communications.
- Ability to translate complex business information into clear communications for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to operate effectively with senior leaders.
- Experience coordinating company-wide meetings, executive events, or employee engagement initiatives preferred.
- Familiarity with employee survey tools and communication analytics preferred.
- Experience partnering across multiple departments and managing cross-functional communications preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $120,000 – $128,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
