Job Description:
The Enrollment Operations Specialist plays an essential role in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of student data within the university’s admissions and enrollment systems. This position ensures that all application materials, student records, and related data are processed efficiently and accurately to support the university’s mission of providing exceptional service to students.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where accuracy and data integrity are top priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and review data files from external sources; verify accuracy and enter data into the student information system.
- Cleanse and validate application data against existing records; make corrections as necessary to maintain high data accuracy.
- Sort, scan, and upload educational transcripts and other admissions documentation into university systems.
- Collaborate with Admissions Counselors to ensure timely and accurate processing of student applications.
- Run system queries, reports, and data updates across multiple university software platforms.
- Interface with cross-functional departments (Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar) to ensure proper data flow and communication.
- Prepare and run reports for internal tracking, audits, and compliance.
- Assist with university events, such as open houses or orientations, which may occur during evening or weekend hours.
- Perform other administrative or data-related duties as assigned throughout the admissions cycle.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred.
- Proven experience with data entry, verification, and database management.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in the Windows operating system and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to work occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
- Prior experience in a college or university admissions environment is a plus.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
