Job Description
This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing operations. The technician will troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems while supporting continuous production needs. You will work closely with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and prevent downtime. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe and reliable equipment performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• Perform emergency and unscheduled repairs on production machinery
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to complete repairs
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to support equipment performance
• Communicate equipment issues and safety concerns to appropriate personnel

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate motorized equipment (forklifts, tuggers, etc.)
• Prior mechanical experience with industrial equipment preferred

The base pay range for this position is $45,760–$50,772 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
