Job Description
We are seeking dependable Quality Assurance Technicians to assist with cleaning, coating, and packaging electronic ignition unit (EIU) circuit boards. This hands-on role involves using compressed air to clean electronic components, applying a protective conformal coating with a paintbrush, and preparing finished units for shipment. No previous experience is required, as comprehensive training, written procedures, and on-site supervision will be provided. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals looking for a short-term assignment with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Unpack electronic ignition units from cardboard boxes and protective barrier bags.
- Carefully remove units from conductive trays and clean circuit boards using canned compressed air.
- Apply conformal coating to designated areas of each circuit board using a paintbrush.
- Return units to trays and allow the coating to dry for approximately 15 minutes.
- Stack and vacuum-seal completed units in bags.
- Package finished units in appropriate boxes for shipment.
- Follow established work procedures and safety guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
- Work under the direct supervision of company employees, asking questions and seeking guidance as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder).
- Must successfully pass a five-panel drug screen and background check
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
