Job Description:
Prepares and cooks required product for production and properly stores and secures all product and materials at end of shift.
Responsibilities:
Weighs and mixes ingredients prior to production ensuring they will be availablein atimely manner.
- Responsible for ongoing communication with Quality Control personnel to ensure all proper standards are met.
- Communi cates daily with Production shift supervisors regarding changes, add-ins or deletions from standard procedures.
- Ability to observe ingredients being batched to determine if valves and meter are working correctly.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Must be a good communicator, with the physical stamina for continual lifting. Weights may be up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to understand weights and measures and follow written instructions accurately.
- Ability needed to adhere to techniques and proper housekeeping.
- Continued heavy lifting and physical exertion moving drums, emptying buckets and mixing product.
