Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead construction, facility improvement, and capital projects across a diverse portfolio of agricultural, industrial, commercial, retail, and residential operations. This newly created role was established to bring greater organization, accountability, and project ownership to a growing organization with multiple business units. The ideal candidate is a hands on leader who thrives on solving problems, driving projects forward, coordinating contractors, and delivering results while working directly with executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Lead multiple construction, maintenance, renovation, and capital improvement projects across a variety of facilities and business operations
• Supervise internal crews while managing subcontractors, vendors, and contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget
• Establish project priorities, coordinate schedules, allocate resources, and maintain accountability across multiple simultaneous projects
• Oversee contractor selection, project budgets, quality, scheduling, and execution from planning through completion
• Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to identify opportunities for operational improvements and long term capital planning
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Five or more years of leadership experience in construction, facilities management, maintenance, or capital project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while leading teams and holding employees and contractors accountable
• Strong understanding of commercial, industrial, residential, infrastructure, or agricultural construction practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision making skills with the ability to work independently
• A hands on leadership style with a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and project ownership
