Job Description:
CNC Lathe Operation includes – preparing and operating CNC machines; drilling, milling and grinding using the CNC machines; understanding the specifications of the given task, reading the blueprint and mechanical drawing, translating instructions into computer commands, preparing and loading raw materials, fabricating large amount of parts using machines, supervising and monitoring the machine, and ensuring functionality of the machines.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC lathes to produce intricate components with tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.
- Monitor production processes, maintaining detailed records of quality and output metrics.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements and tolerances.
- Utilize precision measuring tools to verify the accuracy of finished parts, documenting results meticulously.
- Maintain tooling and perform preventative maintenance as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous CNC Lathe Operator Experience
- Ability to read part prints and to use gages, such as micrometers, indicators, thread gages, etc
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Must have good attention to detail
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background check

The base pay range for this position is $18-22 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
