Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support business operations, system configuration, and process improvement for a leading healthcare organization. This position will conduct moderate to complex analyses, monitor resources, evaluate processes, and develop reports to improve departmental effectiveness. The Business Analyst will also support Kahuna system administration, Oracle integrations, data validation, and system enhancements while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
Responsibilities
- Convert approved requirements into Kahuna, maintain libraries, mappings, and role assignments, and update system content as requirements change.
- Configure Kahuna workflows and system settings, support new population rollouts, and perform system testing and validation.
- Partner with Oracle on integration testing, validate data flows into Oracle Talent Profiles, and maintain system interfaces and extensions.
- Manage user access, security roles, and permissions while monitoring data quality, resolving system issues, and coordinating releases and vendor support.
- Conduct business and financial analyses, monitor resource consumption, and evaluate existing processes to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Develop trend analysis reports, monitor key performance indicators against internal and external benchmarks, and implement and track process improvements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant business experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Knowledge of financial and business practices that support effective business operations.
- Strong data-mining, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced computer skills, including expert knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, and word-processing applications.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Experience with Kahuna, Oracle integrations, system configuration, data validation, or related business systems is highly desirable.
