Job Description
Step into the role of Kitting Lead and unlock opportunities for yourself, the client company, and the community they serve. In this role, your leadership experience will support a strong team environment within the digital print industry. You will help ensure accurate packaging, verification, and record keeping before and after production. Join this exciting opportunity and make a lasting difference.
Responsibilities:
· Carefully follow written and verbal directions
· Package and verify kits pre- and post-production
· Maintain accurate records
· Hold team meetings and communicate with supervisors, managers, agencies, and other partners
· Stand for 8-10 hours per day while supporting production needs
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
· Knowledge of computers and programs such as Monarch, Promail, and Myknowclassic
· Ability to read, write, and perform mathematical calculations
· Capable of leading team meetings
· Strong communication skills with supervisors, managers, agencies, and team members

The base pay range for this position is $18.00-$20.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
