Job Description
As an Assistant Leasing Property Manager, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for both prospective and current residents. You’ll provide tours, answer questions, and guide prospects through the leasing process from start to finish. This is a customer-focused position that also supports occupancy goals through property promotion and strong communication. Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and answer questions about amenities and floor plans
- Guide applicants through the leasing process including applications, lease signing, and move-in coordination
- Respond to resident concerns and service requests promptly and professionally
- Promote the property through online listings, social media, and community events
- Support occupancy goals and ensure resident satisfaction
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in leasing or sales with Section 8 and/or HUD experience is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport
- Motivated and goal-oriented with basic sales or negotiation skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays if needed
- Professional, friendly, and eager to learn
