Job Description
Are you looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing automotive manufacturer? We are seeking dependable General Labor Assemblers to join a fast-paced production team on an upcoming 2nd shift. New hires will complete paid training on a midday schedule before transitioning to the permanent evening shift. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and thrive in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble automotive electrical components according to standardized work instructions.
- Use hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals while following all safety procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Dependable attendance and willingness to transition to a permanent 2nd shift schedule after training.
